The villa has three levels: a ground level and a two-story maisonette above it. The ground floor is an apartment with two bedrooms, both equipped with double beds. The living room has a double sofabed, which raises the apartment’s accommodation capacity to 6. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to use, and tha bathroom offers a bathtub. The apartment has direct access to the outdoor area, the BBQ and the swimming pool.
The maisonette is independent, as it is accessible by an outer staircase, and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons. Its first level features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, and its second level offers two bedrooms, equipped with a king-size bed and two single ones, respectively. The second level also features a space with a double sofa-bed, a bathroom with a shower and a large balcony with an incomparable view of the surrounding Alykes area and the Ionian Sea.
The outdoor area of Sea View Villa can guarantee you endless hours of relaxation and entertainment, as it offers a built BBQ and a brand-new swimming pool!
