The villa spans three levels, offering two distinct living spaces: a ground-level space and a two-story maisonette. Our villa is situated in Katastari, perhaps the largest village on Zakynthos Island, amphitheatrically built with a wonderful view of the sea and the whole area. This stunning vantage point, which offers a unique view today, was historically important for evading constant pirate raids, which is why Katastari is located on elevated ground, away from the shore. The settlement has its own markets, but you can easily visit the tourist resort of Alykes, which is about 2km away. Alykes and its neighbouring village, Alykanas, feature long sandy beaches, cozy coffee shops, traditional taverns, vibrant bars, and supermarkets, making them ideal for exploration and enjoyment. Nearby beaches include Alykes Beach (2km), Alykanas Beach & Laparda Beach (3 km), Mikri Xygia Beach (4km), and Praia Rasa Beach (5 km).
In addition to the beautiful beaches, several cultural attractions are within a short distance: the Byzantine Museum and the Solomos and Kalvos Museum, both located 17 km away, as well as the Republic Square and Dionysios Solomos Square, also 17 km from the villa.
