Welcome to our quaint little cottage nestled in the heart of old Summerville. The cottage is a little over a century old.; and, actually pre-dates the main house. We tried hard to strike a balance between updating the property and preserving its authentic historic charm. The cottage enjoys the shade of beautiful, majestic oak trees whose limbs almost touch the ground. Guests are allowed to tour the gardens next to the main house, built by the Prettyman family when Summerville was a sleepy little town.
The cottage has 2 bedrooms, one with a king-bed, the other with a full bed that accommodates 4 comfortably . Brand-new range, microwave, refrigerator, and washer/dryer . Also, new 4K HD TV's in living area and master bedroom. Kitchen is fully-stocked with coffee-maker ,toaster, blender , cookware, and utensils for those that like to fix their own meals.
