Step outside to a private saltwater pool (open early May–late September), hot tub, sand beach, firepit, and a 200' deep-water dock—ideal for fishing, crabbing, kayaking, or docking your boat. Kayaks and canoe are included, and yes—we’re dog friendly!
Nearby, Yankee Point Marina offers boat rentals, ramp access, kayak rentals, live music (summer weekends), a pool with snack bar, restaurant, and convenience store—all within walking distance.
