The swimming pool is private and illuminated, and guests will also find a large garden, two furnished loggias, outdoor furniture and a barbecue for outdoor lunches and dinners.

The villa has large open areas and features two large furnished loggias on the ground floor, as well as many green areas between the garden and the pool. The rectangular swimming pool with outdoor shower is 12 metres by 6 with a depth of 1.4m. All the outdoor areas are well furnished with tables and chairs for outdoor meals, and they feature are a large shaded area with trees, chairs and beach decks. The house is a typical Tuscan villa, with wood beams on the ceilings, arches, and cotto flooring. On the ground floor, guests will find a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room with ornamental fireplace, a large living room and a smaller one (the smaller one with air conditioning) each with a satellite TV and direct outdoor access, a second kitchen with two doors leading outside, one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower (only shower curtain, no cubicle). A stone staircase leads to the upper floor with one living room with TV and air conditioning, 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning, each with a private bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms with air conditioning, one bedroom with two single beds (with fans only) and bathroom with private shower in the room, plus one bathroom with shower. On the second floor there is a bedroom with two single beds with air conditioning.
