A lovely terrace with a private pool, outdoor shower and toilet and built-in barbecue area are ideal to enjoy the beautiful weather, for swimming, sunbathing, relaxing and barbecue evenings with al-fresco dining. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful landscaped garden with lawn, ideal for children to play. In just 5 minutes by car the visitor could reach the sandy beach of Denia or the port and the center with all shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Your pet is also welcome at an additional cost.
