LOVELY VILLA WITH A PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL IN MORAIRA (COSTA BLANCA). For up to 6 guests.
LAY OUT: This nice villa has 482m2 of living space distributed over two floors, with only the upper floor being accessible. There are three nice bedrooms, all of them with a double bed and air conditioned. There are two bathrooms, one of them with a bath and the other one with shower. The living room is big and very bright thanks to its big windows with direct access to a big covered and furnished terrace where there are very comfortable sofas and a big eating table. There is a separated and fully equipped kitchen.
EXTERIOR: This house is placed on a flat and fenced 943 square metres plot where we find big terraces with natural grass, palms and a lovely garden with mature trees and Mediterranean plants. There is a private 12 x 6 metres swimming pool in front of the villa. Around this pool there are several sunbeds where we can enjoy from sunny days and lovely warm nights of the Costa Blanca. There is a built-in barbecue on the right of the villa and by the swimming pool there is a covered terrace that faces the house. The access to the plot is through a sliding fence from where we have an access to the covered parking.
LOCATION: This amazing property is placed at the famous and exclusive area of El Portet of Moraira, a very quiet and sunny spot. There is a very nice boulevard from here to the town centre with stunning sea views. There are only 3 kilometres to Moraira and all amenities and services.
