Longnor provides an excellent starting point for many walks that radiate from the village, and for any rock climbers and free runners ‘The Roaches’ and ‘Ramshaw Rocks’ are just 10 minutes away. The famous spa town of Buxton home to the Opera House, Pavilion Gardens and Health Spa is around a 15-minute drive, and the ever popular market town of Bakewell around 20-minutes. Dovedale, home to the famous stepping stones, Ashbourne and Chatsworth House can all be reached in around 30-minutes as can Britain’s premier theme park Alton Towers.
