he cottage: This superb Cottage offers glimpses of the sea and a fantastic mountain vista. It is a short walk to Paddy Coynes Pub in Tully Cross renowned for its sea food and traditional music. A short drive will bring you to Tully village, Renvyle House hotel and many beaches. It’s a great location and ideal for lots of activities in Connemara like scuba diving, trout, salmon and sea fishing and there is a 9 hole par three golf course in the nearby Renvyle House Hotel. The Wild Atlantic Way passes the end of the road. If you want a short winter break or a long summer holiday this house is perfect so book it now before it goes.
Inside: As you walk in the front door there is a big open space with wooden stairs to your left and hallway to your right. If you continue on there are 2 bedrooms downstairs, a double ensuite and a twin bedroom and the main bathroom is beside the twin bedroom with shower over bath. Both bedrooms have wooden flooring, wardrobes, bedside lockers and lamps. To the right through double doors is a big open plan dining, sitting and kitchen area. Dining and sitting room areas have double doors on either side of the rooms and double doors off the dining area lead out to back garden with rotary clothes line. Double doors on sitting room side lead out to the front garden. Great views from this room. Sitting room area has leather couches, big wood burning stove and 46 inch flat screen tv. Kitchen being very spacious has all mod cons including microwave, dishwasher, cooker and hob are electric, well equipped and has a back utility room with washing machine and dryer. Back door leading out to garden. Sea and mountain views from kitchen window.Back in to the hallway and take the stairs there are 2 large ensuite double bedrooms upstairs with sea and mountain views. Both bedrooms have wooden flooring, wardrobes, bedside lockers and lamps. This property would be suitable for wheel chair use.
