The city of Modena is also under an hour’s drive away, one of the richest areas in products guaranteed by the “protected designation of origin” mark, a paradise for food and wine lovers, where there is no shortage of sights to see for a one-of-a-kind experience. The villa is also the ideal hub for those passionate about motorsports with Imola Autodrome 22km away, Ducati 32km away, Lamborghini museum 54km away, Ferrari 68km away and more! And just 15 minutes’ drive away we find an 18-hole professional golf course; equipped with a driving range, a pitching and chipping green, a putting green, electric and manual trolleys and golf bags with the best equipment.
The house develops over two floors and 350 square metres.
On the ground floor, decorated and furnished in an elegant and cosy style, we have three rooms set up and living areas with comfortable sofas, armchairs and TVs, as well as dining areas. There is a separate kitchen with island and large windows for cooking as well as guest bathroom with toilet and sink. On this level, we have one large bedroom with king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.
Stairs and a lift/elevator lead us up to the first floor, where we find the rest of the bedrooms: one double bedroom with king size bed, living room and en-suite bathroom with shower; one double bedroom with king size bed, balcony and en-suite bathroom with shower; three double bedrooms with king size beds and en-suite bathrooms with shower.
Outside, the villa offers magnificent views across the landscape, a private heated swimming pool with hot tub (open from May to October) and an outdoor covered pergola with tables and chairs, all set up in a large 3000 square meters fenced garden.
