Upon entering the villa on the ground floor, the left side features a spacious open-plan area. This includes the main living room with a large sofa and a fireplace, as well as the indoor dining area, which opens onto a veranda with a seating area and sea views. The fully equipped kitchen, also part of this area, includes high-quality fixtures and appliances, a dining table for six, and access to an outdoor space that leads to the pool area via a staircase.
