It is situated in a quiet area in the village Skouloufia, 18km away from Rethymno. The villa is built in two floors layout. It has two yards, a barbecue area and a private parking. The house has four verandas overall, one of them in front of the pool, where the guests can relax and enjoy their food or drink along with the beautiful view to the sea and the town of Rethymno, but also to the countryside and the mountain Psiloritis.
