The Getaway is a sensational environment for families looking to escape and spend some quality time together or friends and golf groups wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This is a perfect family holiday destination by the beach, in a secure, gated community. The Villa is 300m from Links Lady Bay Golf Club and 30km to the Kangaroo Island Ferry. with the McLaren vale on the doorstep.
As South Shores is a fully gated community it is perfectly safe for the kids to ride their bikes along the many paved roads and paths, plenty of open lawn areas, and enormous reserve populated with old gum trees, swings, sandpit, and lots of space to throw the ball, 2 swimming pools (one being child friendly) and boardwalk to the miles of white sandy beaches, there really is nothing more you need.
Features open plan living, light floorboards throughout, indoor-outdoor entertainment area complete with outdoor seating and bbq facilities. Living room with tv, dvd, and cd player, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and laundry. 3 bedrooms main with en-suite.
When out and about enjoy; water sports, fishing, golfing, horse riding, arts and crafts, fine food, and great local wine. So much to offer; this is one holiday not to miss out on.
