This Early 1900s Dutch Colonial home is situated on a quarter acre lot just a short ride east of center city Philadelphia (closer to center city than most Phila neighborhoods) in the quiet suburban neighborhood of Bloomfield Park, Pennsauken, NJ. Features off street parking for 8+ cars. This gorgeous Southern Retreat presents period oak hardwood floors, high ceilings, grand front/back foyer with french doors leading to the living room and dinning room.
The Grand Foyer welcomes you, french doors lead into the family room adjoining a formal dinning room that seats eight, French doors open into the sun porch/Home gym where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and exercise on a few select pieces of equipment. The rear gym entrance steps into the fully equipped Kitchen where preparing meals is easy with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, porcelain tile floors, oak cabinets and a period cupboard.
