The easy living floor plan features a centrally located living / dining / kitchen area, and 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located down the main hallway. The master bedroom features a walk-in robe and ensuite.
The undercover alfresco dining and deck provides another living space and is easily accessed from the open plan kitchen / dining area via French doors, so guests can enjoy year-round entertaining. There is also a safe, fully fenced, grassed garden providing plenty of outdoor space for children and/or your furry friend to have fun!
Other features include split system air-conditioning, ceiling fans, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, BBQ, outdoor sun umbrella and boogie boards to enjoy at the beach.
