Όλα τα υπνοδωμάτια έχουν πρόσβαση σε βεράντες με θέα το πανέμορφο και καταπράσινο Κερκυραϊκό περιβάλλον. Ο πρώτος όροφος με τις κρεβατοκάμαρες είναι 100 τμ .
Το ισόγειο αποτελείται από μία πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, πλυντήριο πιάτων ηλεκτρική κουζίνα , ψυγείο ) με άνετη τραπεζαρία κουζίνας , και τζάκι.
