Relax at the peaceful and stunning Villa Anna Margarita with beautiful views across the sea towards the island of Zante as well as ever changing mountain views.
This spacious and excellently appointed property is located in the popular area of Lourdas with it’s excellent restaurants, mini markets and other amenities.
The property consists of a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area along with twin bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two king size bedrooms each with their own bathroom and private balcony with amazing views of the sea and surrounding landscape. On the lower ground floor there is a large additional living room, tv and pool table ideal for kids to have their own space!
Outside there is a large terrace with seating areas which leads to the private pool surrounded by sun loungers. The lower garden created in 2022 is beautifully designed with BBQ and dining area as well as shaded sofas and chairs ideal for evening meals and a glass of wine as the sun goes down.
Beaches are 5 minutes drive away including Lourdas and Trapezaki. The beautiful beach of Kanali is reachable on foot using a very pretty pathway in about 20 minutes.
