From every aspect of the house one can enjoy a majestic view of the Aegean Sea, the island of Antiparos, the channel with numerous yachts and the well known to surfers, wind and kite surfing spot of Pounta. Beautiful view and colorful sunsets are overwhelming. An air of elegance combines the contemporary aesthetics with the traditional Cycladic design in a unique and sophisticated way.
Entering the bigger property you find a spacious open plan area combining living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, giving a modern atmosphere. It consists of two five seat corner sofas, one of which opens up into double bed if needed.
With exterior independent steps you have access to the guest house of 40 sq.m. The windows all round overlook the beautiful scenery and the Aegean Sea. The elegant bathroom next to the bedroom has a glass door shower.
