Within just a few blocks you have the choice of a plethora of delicious local eateries. From Home, head 1-2 miles west on Broadway (our nearest cross street) and you'll run right by Horton Plaza shopping mall, the lovely Gaslamp Quarter, Little Italy and San Diego BAY with its many sights including the Midway Museum!
Our home is extremely convenient for Convention Center visits (1.8 miles)! Completely Remodeled Historic private studio with original touches including beautiful vaulted ceilings! Just 2 miles away you can visit the baby pandas at the World Famous San Diego Zoo or take in one of the many museums or the botanical garden during a pleasant walk through beautiful Balboa Park where you'll hear live music and see street performers as you wander from one site to another. Riding home on the Bus drops you off just a couple of blocks away or use Uber or Lyft to get around for about half the price of a taxi. Want to see a spectacular view of San Diego Bay? Visit the Star of India, Midway Museum and Seaport Village, all within 1.5-2 miles. You can also hop on the ferry and cross the bay to Coronado for a day of luxury on the island.
