Incredible views, swimmable water through September, heat and fully functioning fire place for Fall and Winter months. Dock will be in the water through late Fall. The property is on a quiet, dead-end road. September-May, only 1 home past ours is occupied. 20 minutes from Cortland, 30 min from Skaneateles, 40 minutes from Syracuse.
