There is a large tiled sunbathing terrace around the (heateble, if you want) pool. There are comfortable loungers and parasols at your disposal. There is also an outdoor shower in the pool area. The huge terrace in front of the living room and the lower bedroom partly has a pergola. You will also find a lounge area with comfortable rattan furniture. The old Cretan village of Gerani is approximately 700 m away. There are several supermarkets, taverns, kafenion, a baker, butcher... . The sea is about 500 m further...
Part of the property is natural. You can reach the lower part of the property via a stone staircase. There are lots of local herbs etc. You have a wonderful view over the sea to the Akrotiri peninsula.
