This cozy home has 4 bedrooms/2.5 baths. The first floor has a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including stove, double door fridge, and oven.
The master bedroom is located on the second floor with a king bed and the bathroom boasts a vanity, a large frameless walk-in shower, and jacuzzi.
Upstairs has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a game room area equipped with a TV, board games, and Netflix, for guest entertainment.
All bedrooms come with memory foam mattress to make sure you get the best sleep possible. All bedding, linen, and towels, are washed and treated between guests.
Bathroom is stocked with the fluffiest 100% cotton white bath, hand, face towels, and a variety of amenities. Incase you forgot, we also provide hair dryers as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
House rules:
➝Guest who created reservation needs to provide government issued ID prior to check-in and must be present through out the ENTIRE reservation.
➝Maximum vehicles=4 (this include street parking and driveway)
Please message me your license plate number, make, & model.
➝ Place trash/trashcan outside before 8PM so it can be picked up.
➝Please make sure the home is kept clean and tidy before checking out.
➝NO SMOKING. $500 Penalty fee and immediately evicted.
➝Pets must be approved prior to booking . $250 pet deposit required.
➝Linen & towels are provided to accommodate the number of guests in the reservation upon booking.
➝NO PARTIES. Quiet Hours 10PM-8AM. Home is located in a noise restricted neighborhood and the neighbor WILL call the police. Fine will be passed over to the guest. Guests will be immediately evicted from property.
➝ Cleaning fee is used for cleaning staff. Damages to the home or furniture are billed seperate.
➝TOTAL NUMBER OF GUESTS MUST BE ENTERED IN YOUR BOOKING.
After 7 guests a $25 FEE PER GUEST PER NIGHT will be assed. If more guests are on property; this will result in a penalty of +$500 and guests will be immediately evicted.

50% of Night Rate will be charged for late checkouts until 3PM
100% of Night Rate will be charged for checkouts after 6PM

For stays 15 days or longer, we require cleaning every other week at a convenient time for you and guests.
