Positive: ChatGPT said: Well-equipped modern and spacious apartments, rarely seen in Greece, especially in this price range. A large terrace overlooking the bay, equipped with a retractable awning that operates via remote control. In general, everything is automated. Every window has electric shutters and a built-in mosquito screen. The hosts are very kind, discreet, and polite. Truly a pleasant experience.

Negative: Just for the sake of a relevant review, I’ll mention a few downsides as well. It might be a good idea to introduce a cleaning service every 3 to 5 days, even if it slightly increases the price per night. At the moment, this service doesn’t exist — something the hosts clearly mentioned in advance (towels can be replaced whenever requested). My family would appreciate regular cleaning, but even if it's not introduced, that won’t stop us from coming back. There was an occasional sewage smell coming from the bathroom drain. Nothing terrible, but it was noticeable at times. Unfortunately, this is a common issue on Greek islands. I honestly can’t think of any other complaints. A big bravo for Valeria and Maurizio!
