There is a single air conditioning unit for the living room and dining area a rare commodity in Tahoe. A fully equipped, gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a 6 burner gas stove allows even the most discriminating home chef an ideal cooking experience.
A large dining area offers plenty of seating for all. with is an abundance of natural sunlight, and floor to ceiling windows that highlight the incredible views of Mount Tallac.
An expansive deck which runs the length of the house allows for breathtaking Mountain views. Enjoy a BBQ dinner, relax with a glass of wine or just enjoy the fresh air and the great outdoors. The deck has several tables, chairs, a patio swing with a natural gas BBQ that is plumbed directly to the house for all of your grilling needs.
Two bedrooms are located on the Top level of the home the Master Suite as well as a Queen bedroom. The Queen bedroom features a new queen bed and stunning views. Across from the bedroom is a full bathroom with a new SMART commode that features seat warming, a tile shower and a washer and dryer.
The Master Suite features a new King bed, large flat screen TV, gas fireplace, walk in closet, and a deck with views. The spacious en suite master bath features granite countertops, dual sinks, walk in shower, jetted tub, and a new SMART commode.
The family room and additional King bedroom are located on the downstairs level. The family room offers board games and a large SMART television.
