Kingsbay Dockside is located at 5757 Dockside Lane just across the water from Kingsbay Mansion. This unique offering is a newly renovated, Swiss country style home with a breathtaking panorama view of the water up both sides of the creek and a stunning view of Kingsbay Mansion in the distance. Just inside a marble floored entry foyer are bedrooms left and right. One hosts an en suite bathroom with a full shower. Dockside has an open great room just off the first-floor deck that has a comfy living space and ample dining room area, as well as, a new kitchen with spacious counters, bar seating for three and state of the art appliances. The kitchen is outfitted with a full array of dinner and cookware with kitchen utensils and appliances galore, with both a Keurig and Mr. Coffee makers. The newly added solarium is painted in English manor red, with ceramic floors, and granite wet bar. Five plush red and black recliners await guests to relax in front of an generous flat screen television. The solarium steps onto smart, exposed aggregate decking that surrounds a luscious swimming pool for those long hot summer days filled with sunshine and fresh air. Vacation living does not get any better! On the lower level ia a half bath and the Master Bedroom upstairs and a shower tub combination bathroom.

Located on Maryland's Eastern Shore, Kingsbay is peninsula on Coulbourn Creek at the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay just north of Crisfield Maryland. It is the largest private home in Somerset County and was designed by Ian McCallum, the architect for Colonial Williamsburg. Built in 1970 on 7 acres and in middle of 500 acres of prime Maryland farmland, this estate offers 11 bedrooms, 10 full baths and 2 half baths. Starting In 2015, Kingsbay Mansion has been transformed into a breathtaking Executive B&B and Private Event Center. Five of its spectacular suites with private baths are being offered as part of the Kingsbay Mansion B&B. The entire estate is available for private functions, corporate events and destination weddings.
There is approximately 2000 feet of shoreline with dock for boating and kayaking. Kingsbay has 13K square feet of living space and boasts a three-story rotunda with a domed skylight and Belgian crystal chandelier. The music hall offers vaulted ceilings, another stunning chandelier, grand piano and large theater organ. The formal living room is designed with a doublewide fireplace and an impressive beamed, crown molded ceiling. The formal dining room has a Chinese Chippendale theme with built-mirrored china cupboards, fireplace and chandelier. Other rooms include the family dining room, breakfast room, lounge bar, rear foyer bar, wood paneled library and more. There are two fully stocked bars and the in-ground Grecian swimming pool with slate deck and fountain with magnificent views of the waterfront and the manicured Japanese gardens.
