Comfortable 3 bedroom Open Concept Home. The Master Bedroom features a King size bed with a plush comfort mattress and a modern style En suite bathroom with a modern single sink vanity and a stall shower and now separated with a recently added barn door between the bathroom and bedroom for privacy. The second Bedroom is next to the master and is smaller with a Twin XL Bunk bed. The Third Bedroom is off the Living Area and features a Queen bed. All Bedrooms include Bureaus. The two larger bedrooms have night tables with lamps. The main bathroom for the house is newly renovated with a wood look tile floor, new vanity and tub/shower unit. The Kitchen is open to the living room which features a wood burning fireplace (please ask us ahead of time if you would like to build a fire otherwise it is not to be used), with a large TV above the mantle, and a pool table area behind the couch with the open concept kitchen which has granite counter top and stainless Farmhouse style sink. There is also a stainless slide in range with an electric glass cooktop. Additionally, the kitchen has a dishwasher and refrigerator. A Keurig coffee maker is provided as are dishes, pots/pans and flatware. New GE Washer and Dryer are also provided and are located in a small room off the kitchen. For entertainment the home features a Pool table, Wireless internet, and a video game room. There is a great backyard patio area with fire pit in a private country setting. No pets allowed, and no smoking. Exit 3 off I-89 Close to Barnard VT. The home is about 5 minutes from Silver Lake State Park in Barnard, 15 minutes to Saskedena Six ski area in Pomfret, VT, 20 minutes to Woodstock VT, 35 minute drive to Killington/Pico Mountains.
