Positive: Everything looks relatively new—the apartment must have been recently built. The location was good, for us. The pool at each unit was fantastic.

Negative: Plans on the sofa, not thoroughly cleaned – plates washed (not thoroughly) by the previous tenants were left on the drying rack. A plastic bottle with a small amount of water in the closet. The kettle didn't work and there was no pot – only one lid remained. Problem with the oven fan.
