The house is very airy, the rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are also comfortable, lots of light. The neighborhood is familiar and the street has almost no movement of cars, despite being next to the main. We have fruit trees, Jabuticabeira, Acerola and fig tree in the gardens, and a lawn in the back of the house that allow a very good space for children to play.
WORTHWRITING THAT: The value of, refers to the overnight stay for up to 4 people, each additional person's nightly expense, costing up to 30 people in the house.
An excellent barbeque with full size and comfortable sink and basin with comfortable sofas and chairs in the back annex of the house. A great place is also the porch that surrounds the upstairs house on the front of the house, which with their hammocks and size allows families to get together and watch the fireworks from the New Year's Eve !!!
We have a suite at the back, in the annex of the house and next to it we have the barbecue area, with a sitting area with sofas and tables sink bench etc.
On the first floor of the house we have a bedroom with double bed and a full and accessible child's bed, two bathrooms, two very comfortable and spacious rooms, a full kitchen, a service area and a front porch.
On the second floor with access by a staircase and inside the house, we find 3 more bedrooms, 1 good room, 1 bathroom and 1 balcony next to the house and the side of the house. They fit in total between single mattresses, double mattresses, mattresses and sofas, 30 places for people to sleep.
We have in the house available internet 30 gigas, wiifii, flat screen tv, electronic games and more than 50 Xbox 360 tapes, security cameras in the surroundings of the house and common areas, for security of all, from 6 to 8 parking spaces depending on the size of the vehicle without the need for scheduling or warning.

The house is very well located in quiet and close family close to the main attractions of the city !!!! It is 450 meters from the downtown beach, 750 meters from the beach of the forest, 950 meters from the turtle beach, 400 meters from Rua da feirinha, 400 meters from the central square, the Catholic Church and restaurants on the waterfront, need to even use the car, the bike, can leave it safely parked in the house and follow the walk to all these places.
