Just off the living space, the fully stocked kitchen makes group dining simple, with generous prep space, bar seating, and everything needed for coffee before the day starts, catered dinners, or late-night snacks after a festival.
Six bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, give everyone a private place to reset. Every bedroom also includes a workspace, 65-inch TV, and walk-in marble shower, making the layout especially comfortable for couples, families, and groups who want privacy without losing the shared-house feel. - Please be aware that during festivals like Coachella, although the Villas are within walking distance of the polo grounds, road closures and specific access points can extend the walking distance to the festival entrance to approximately 1.4 miles. While some guests choose to walk and walking is possible, we strongly recommend purchasing golf cart services for easier access.
- This home allows pets for a fee. Any undisclosed pets brought in without AvantStay’s approval will result in a $500 fine per pet. Please note that the backyard gates are wide enough for a small dog to get through, so we recommend supervising pets when outdoors.
- Pool heat is available at this home at an extra cost and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay. Spa Heat is complimentary for guests.
- Pool heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st.
- Our desert pools are heated to a maximum temperature of 86 degrees. Please note that we do not exceed this temperature for pool heating.
