The upper floor is equipped with a living room with upholstered furniture and 2 armchairs, flat screen TV, radio and fireplace (firewood included) and access to the covered and furnished balcony as well as a separate small kitchen with electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, mini oven, coffee machine and other various small kitchen appliances. On the ground floor of the house there is a bedroom with 1 double bed and another bedroom with 1 double bed and a bunk bed as well as a bathroom with WC, shower, hairdryer and underfloor heating. In addition to the fireplace, the holiday home also has central heating: WLAN, cot, high chair, sun loungers, seating area in the garden with barbecue, bicycle storage room, car park. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. A playground and a covered pool on the property as well as a washing machine may be used by guests.The total price includes bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption and final cleaning.
