Adorable cottage located in beautiful historic Hampton Falls NH. This property is located just off interstate 95 and two miles from Hampton Beach. Only a 45 minute commute to Boston MA/Manchester NH/Portland ME.
The cottage has been recently updated. Brand new kitchen and appliances. New bathroom, floors, paint and light fixtures. It's fully equipped with furniture, bedding, towels, basic kitchen needs. You have access to the grill on the patio. The property is on an acre of land. You will hear some run off noise from route one in the main house, but it's not as concerning in the back cottage.
The parking lot is shared with the homeowners. The cottage has assigned parking. You must love dogs. There are two larger dogs on the property. Very friendly and love meeting new friends. Smoking is not permitted in the cottage. No parties. 4 people maximum.
It is a one bedroom cottage that sleeps 2 in the master bedroom equipped with a full size bed. Off the Living-room space has a daybed that pulls out to two singles or a king size bed.
