Located in North Quito Carcelen, our cottage is in a close knit family neighborhood with all the essential shops & restaurants. You can smell fresh bread wafting from the nearby bakery! Less than a mile from the Carcelen bus terminal that takes you all over Ecuador. Discounts on longer stays. Two blocks from main road which takes you to Panamericana, occidental, S. The space
The cottage has a tiny house layout with three private rooms. Close to estadio Rodrigo Paz Liga de Quito, El Portal shopping, Condado shopping, Colegio Americano, Colegio Einstein, Universidad SEK, UTPL.
One room has a double bed with two closet dressers, a sliding door to step out into the back garden and a window for afternoon sun exposure.
The second room has a twin bed and dresser with a view of the vibrant bougainvillea in the back garden, it has blackout curtains and is quiet.

The outdoor space boasts of a front and back garden and lawn, a covered pergola with seating area for five people. Enjoyable for morning coffee till evening tea, outfitted with dim and bright lighting. The garden includes Mandarin tree, coconut tree, roses, hydrangea, gardenia, and lavender.
