Summary: On the whole. Chose this place as it was closed to London arena and had its own private bathroom. On arrival took over five minutes in blistering heat and a long journey from Newcastle on the train, then tube to get an answer at the door, two bells one rang out the other you couldn't here, knocking on actual door didn't get an answer either. When eventually opened , greater said they hadn't heard anything. Entry to room allocated via loads of steps (stairway). Was shown to back yard and told up the fire escape along passage turn right your room straight ahead. Room was ok, 3 fans, were needed 36 degrees outside. Kitchen ok, appliances shabby and old. Last tennant left their food stuff still in cupboards.
