It features three spacious bedrooms, a welcoming living room, an elegant dining area, and a dedicated office space. The kitchen and bathroom have been recently remodeled with a modern design. Enjoy a contemporary outdoor barbecue area, perfect for gatherings. This property is ideal for those seeking comfort and convenience in a prime location.
During your stay, you will be provided with a unique gate code, which will allow you to enjoy all the amenities of the property. You can park inside the property in the driveway. For your safety and peace of mind, there are outdoor cameras to ensure a safe environment.
If you want to use the outdoor grill, the cost is an additional $50 of your reservation, you must also clean it and avoid burning it, otherwise the charge would be more. Please contact the host if you want to use the grill
House Rules:
1. Absolutely NO parties, events, or smoking allowed at any time.
2. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels down.

5. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Check-in and Check-out:

Before your departure, please remember to turn off all lights and secure the doors (by pressing # for one second) at both the front and back entrances. Make sure the front door is securely closed
by pulling it forward.
