Das Haus steht mitten im Dorfteil cuort an sehr ruhiger Lage in der Nähe der Talstation. Der Dorfkern mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Bergbahnen, die Sportanlagen und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Ca 10 min zu Fuss und ca. 3 Min mit dem Auto. Die Wohnung ist im Jahre 2014 renoviert worden und ist zeitgemäss eingerichtet. Die Strickwände aus Tannenholz erzeugen eine heimelige Atmosphäre.
