We require you to use this service at least once a month which will cost you an additional $100 per cleaning. We will coordinate with you to schedule our housekeeping staff to come and do the basic cleaning. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping this property clean.
3. Guests staying over 30+ days will be required to sign a lease agreement with a refundable deposit of $ 2000
4. There is a cap on Electricity and gas usage. If usage is more than $ 200, you will be charged for the difference.
