We have a 5 bedroom. 3.5 bathroom home in beautiful Highlands Ranch, CO. The basement bedroom has a full size bed & south facing recessed window. This room has a small private bathroom with a standing shower. The main floor is shared - Kitchen, Dining, Living. We have a fenced backyard. Parking is street. High speed wi-fi. All necessities included. Also available for recreational use: bikes, kayak, paddle board, snow shoes, camping gear.
Neighborhood is quiet. Lots of parks & trails within walking distance as is grocery and restaurants. I work from home primarily and have a dedicated home office.
We have 4 cats and a new Golden Retriever so you must be pet tolerant. If you are travelling with your pet, let's talk! You should have a plan for your pet while you are at work.
Worth noting: only the bedroom/bathroom/utility & laundry area of the basement are fully finished. The rest remains unfinished.
Important: This space would not be suitable for someone working nights or mids who needs to sleep during the day.
