This luxury seaside getaway is perfect for families or couples wishing to get away and enjoy the sights and sounds of Margate and the Kent coast. The house has loads of room and is nestled in a quiet street just a stone's throw away from the beach and promenade.You will be welcomed to a very spacious, comfortable and newly renovated house, decorated in a classic and restful style. The house is located 150m from the beautiful family beach, Westbrook Bay. The property consists of four bedrooms, super king, king, double and single rooms. There are two spacious living rooms, one bathroom, a separate toilet, a separate shower room and kitchen with dining area. The large back garden has a BBQ and patio area, perfect for those summer afternoons.
When arriving you'll be presented with a drive and a huge front garden with room for 2 cars to park on the driveway. The spacious entrance leads you firstly into the large open plan kitchen and dining area with plenty of mod cons including wine cooler and built in coffee maker. The dining table sits 6 comfortably and there's also a comfy sofa to sit back and relax. The first of twoliving rooms at the front of the house is super cosy with plenty of sofa space to sit to watch movies, the second towards the back of the house has patio doors leading you out to the large garden with outdoor furniture. There is a downstairs toilet for your convenience and large utility room with a shower room should you want to use the side entrance of the house when returning from the sandy beach to rinse off. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, the first has a king sized bed and balcony over looking the back garden. The second a double bed and the larger of the 3 bedrooms at the front of the house has a super kingsized bed. All with hanging space and chests of draws. The fourth single room is located on the ground floor. The family bathroom has both a large walk in shower and bath.

Westbrook Bay, situated at the westernmost part of Margate ideal for guests looking to spend time away from the busier areas looking to enjoy the food scene or Margate or the local treats of Westgate-On-Sea. Westbrook is a 15minute walk to Margate, and a 20 Minute walk into Westgate-On-Sea, passed the sunken gardens built in the 1930's
The local beach,Westbrook Bay is one of the quietest to be found close to the centre of Margate. This pleasant, sandy beach is ideal for children with the presence of a lifeguard in the summer season and an adventure golf course on the promenade.The neighbourhood is peaceful and home to local residents – nearby you will find a row of shops and cafes, including a Tesco Express, which is very convenient.
For a real coastal experience, we highly recommend taking a left turn at the end of the road and walking along the coast to St Mildred'sBay, West Bay and Minnis Bay (all awarded blue flags) – it’s great way to take in the revitalising sea air and views. You will never get bored of exploring the numerous sandy beaches, exquisite food and captivating art scene.
For those looking to head into central Margate, a right hand turn at the end of the road will lead you on a five minute walk along the coast with gorgeous views , past a mini-golf course and the “Sun Deck”, & "Big Red Bus" to the doorstep of Margate Main Sands beach and further on from there Margate Old Town and Turner Contemporary
Getting Around
The 'Thanet Loop' bus will take you around the Isle including, Birchington, Westgate, Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate. witht he bus to canterbury at the tope of the road. Margate train station is only 15 minute walk if going further afield, alternatively local taxis are very reasonable within the area.
