Positive: Honestly, a fantastic private villa that exceeded all expectations. From check-in and the cleanliness of the villa to the 5-star-hotel-like comfortable beds, everything was fantastic. What we appreciated the most, as a group of top professional chefs and bakers, was that the kitchen was fantastically spacious and very, very well equipped — way above average! Here are our top favorites about the property: – Private parking and garage. – Extremely comfortable beds. – Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. – The view from the living room patio is gorgeous. – The view from the top bedroom is breathtaking. – The design of the villa is very simple and gives the space a greater sense of spaciousness. – The private elevator in the villa is something out of this world and much appreciated. – Communication with the hosts is fantastic; they are very prompt in answering any questions. – The kitchen is superbly equipped, including a Nespresso machine and a high-quality espresso machine, along with plenty of Nespresso capsules — so you don’t have to run to the store in the first few days (much appreciated!). – Spotlessly clean property!

Negative: The only two downsides were: – The water heating had to be manually turned on every day. Considering everything else, that is a minor factor. – There was heavy construction right next door between 8:00 and 16:00 every day — that is something the host cannot influence, but it definitely should be communicated well in advance so that the guest can decide whether peace and quiet are a top priority and whether the stay is worth the money in that case. For us, it wasn't a problem since we were spending the day in the city, but I do believe that someone staying in the property during the day would have an uncomfortable stay in that case.
