For much of the year, this area is a cyclists’ paradise as it is situated near some of the best biking routes around. These routes will take you west on County Road/Hwy 2 toward Kingston, or east along the 1000 Islands Parkway toward Brockville.

This home itself is located off the main ferry road down a gravel laneway that has 2 forks and is located on the left-hand fork which is shared with only one other family. You will see a large metal quonset structure adjacent to the home which is used to store grounds keeping equipment.
Ample parking is available on the home's circular driveway that also includes 2 additional parking spaces. The laneway and main ferry road are both very walkable. Town is just 5 minutes east by car.
