The spectacular ancient capital of Lindos is only ten minutes drive from your villa, which occupies a quiet position on the beach road, surrounded by open countryside. Comfortable and spacious lounge with sofas, TV etc, and access via French windows to outside dining patio and pool area. A cosy log fireplace awaits winter visitors. Fully equipped kitchen/dining room. The master bedroom is en-suite with a TV and large balcony overlooking the pool. Less than 45 minutes in the car will find you exploring the battlements of Rhodes Town in the north, wine-tasting on the western slopes of Mount Attaviros, or watching the kite-surfers who come from all over the world to catch the waves at Prassonisi on the southern tip of the island. Also ideal as a base for hiking or cycling, a five minute walk will see you spotting honey buzzards on a quiet mountain road, or maybe just scrumping the odd orange as you wander down the olive tracks.
