Summary: Should be renamed No AC Marriott Hotel Milan Sesto The hotel looks great in the photos but it is in a rundown commercial area with what look like empty office blocks as it’s neighbours. It is close to the M1 metro line and has good transport links, next to a road. Staff friendly and helpful but when we arrived the A/C was broken with fans being brought in. Front desk manager said that the A/C was being fixed and the whole hotel was running on one unit but it should get better. It didn’t. We were given one fan for the hottest room but the other rooms didn’t get fans despite them being extremely hot The hottest it got in the rooms was 31 degrees. The hotel is ok. The staff are good, the front desk and bar and restaurant staff were very helpful. With no A/C it made it unbearable to stay at the hotel. The shower water pressure was hit and miss and the temperature changed from hot to cold.
