Set across three floors, Cloud 9 has three bedrooms on the 1st floor. Two double bedrooms, one with ensuite shower, the other has an option for a mattress to be made up on the floor for a child and a 3rd bedroom with single bed. On the top floor are 3 further bedrooms, all three have double beds. One room has the addition of a daybed and the other has an ensuite shower. The top floor also has a good-sized bathroom with bath. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen, with breakfast bar with everything you could need including a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and coffee machine plus a large conservatory with two big dining tables with seating for up to 14 people if necessary. The lounge with its 65” Smart TV is perfect for gathering to watch a movie or chilling out in after a busy day with two very large comfy corner sofas, that are also sofa beds in needed and two large beanbags. Plus, a ground floor toilet.
Located in the village of Hook, 5 minutes from The M3 Junction 5, Cloud 9 is a short distance from the village centre with shops, pubs and a superstore but also easily accessible to towns such as Winchester, Farnham, Basingstoke and Windsor.
