Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Matlock and Matlock Bath, and the popular market town of Bakewell, are all a short drive away. The property is surrounded by countryside and nearby popular destinations include Carsington Water, Cromford Canal, Black Rocks, The Tissington and High Peak Trail. It's the perfect location for families, as the property is only a short drive away from Gulliver's Kingdom at Matlock Bath, Little Monkey's Play Area at Darwin Forest near Matlock, Matlock Park Farm and The Play Mill at Cromford. Slightly further afield are Alton Towers and Peak Wildlife Park.
The property is approached via a flight of seven external brick steps to reach the courtyard garden which is fully enclosed. Head through into the hallway and take off your coat and boots and make yourself at home. The lounge is warm and inviting with a beautiful fireplace and cosy wood burner.
