Well equipped and tastefully furnished, each cottage has its own patio for relaxing and taking in the views after a day out exploring this lovely corner of Yorkshire. There is under floor heating for those cooler days ensuring a comfortable stay at any time of the year. This area is a haven for bird watchers, Red Kites, Curlews and Lapwings can all be seen in close proximity to the properties. Ideal for touring and enjoying the beauty of the Yorkshire Dales, Slate Rigg Farm Cottages provide a perfect and attractive setting. The picturesque village of Ripley is a 15 minute walk away with the splendour of Ripley Castle, gardens, tea shop and grounds to visit and during the summer numerous events are hosted in the castle grounds. Ripley has a traditional butchers shop, delicatessen, church, Post Office and a pub. The spa town of Harrogate, a 10 minute drive away has a theatre, cinema, restaurants and excellent shopping to combine to make an enjoyable day out.
