Positive: Kefalas is a quiet village perched on a hill, where a refreshing breeze makes every day pleasant. To fully enjoy the location, having a car is essential – it allows easy access to nearby beaches and attractions. The apartment is fully equipped, with efficient air conditioning in both rooms, and features two independent terraces with a sea view. From one of them, early risers can enjoy a beautiful sunrise over the water – a truly memorable sight. The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming – despite our late-night arrival, we found water, snacks, olives, and rakija waiting for us in the fridge. During our stay, we were treated to homemade moussaka and their legendary lemon cake. The surrounding area offers stunning beaches with breathtaking views. A perfect spot for a peaceful holiday and an excellent base for exploring Crete.
