On this first floor, with the pool, you'll find a magnificent terrace that completes the exterior space, divided into two zones: a covered porch-style dining area for six people, and an open area of approximately 30 m² with garden and vegetation, a comfortable chill-out area and a barbecue, perfect for watching the sunset, preparing a meal outdoors and enjoying warm southern nights.
Inside, the villa offers a spacious and bright living room with fireplace, two sofas and Smart TV with international channels. This room features modern, floral and beach-themed decorative elements such as plants, flowers, seaside paintings, shells and conches, bringing a distinct coastal atmosphere to the space.
