Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to mainland Greece. There are 3 to 4 ferry boats going to and from the island everyday in the summer months. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out in the summer. Most of these homes are made of stone giving Kea its unique architectural style.
The property is located close to the shops, restaurants, supermarkets etc ideal for those that do not want to drive around. However, a car is needed if guests wish to explore the island.
The house, which is 45sq meters has been fully renovated and is on 2 levels. Outside there is a large area, which is closed with a stone wall, where guests can sit and enjoy a meal or drink under the pergola. There is also an outdoor shower.
On the ground floor there is a living area with a fully equipped modern kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 x 1.90) a bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed 1.60 x 2.00 and the second one with a double bed 1.40 x 2.00. There is also a bathroom with a shower. Please note the ceiling slants in the bathroom, so there is a stool for very tall people.
