The balcony is equipped with quality outdoor furniture. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer in unit. You will have full access to the indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and weight room located in the lobby. Sugar Top has a shuttle system. Please be advised that the parking shuttle is run by Sugar Top. Resort Real Estate and Rentals has no control over the shuttle system. Our Sugar Top Condos are Non-smoking. Absolutely NO PETS. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.
