A rustic modern Loft on 11+ acres overlooking Red Rocks! a three bedroom LOFT (the ELK, the OWL, the EAGLE) above the four car garage sleeps 8 with 3 king size beds, and 1 queen size bed (located in the master bedroom), in addition, there are two pull out couches - one full size in the master bedroom (the ELK) and one queen size in the kitchen/living area ($20 each for 4 more guests - total of 12 guests), a 3/4 bath en-suite bath in the ELK, and a full bath off of the combined living and kitchen space. The LOFT provides parking for 4 vehicles (maximum) in the driveway in front of the single garage door on the east side of the driveway. The respectful quiet time observed is 10pm to 7am every night. Nestled on the side of the Lions Ridge Hogback just one and a quater miles South of Red Rocks Park and Amphitheater Entrance #3 and the quaint town of Morrison, our Loft is perfectly located for a concert, a weekend get away or a leisurely mid-week holiday.
The half mile driveway is located on the East side of Highway 8, 1 mile from the town of Morrison to the north or 1 mile from Highway 285 to the south. Quiet hours at the LOFT are from 10pm-7am. Please be mindful and respectful. Guests have access to the entire LOFT. You will enter through the man-door on the East side of the building, then head up the stairs to the living/kitchen/dinning/bedrooms and bathrooms and make yourself at home. We are on site in the building across the way and use the 4 car garage for our personal vehicles. You may park up to 4 vehicles in front of the East single garage door. Please, no more than FOUR vehicles allowed at the LOFT during your stay to be parked in the drive way by the east single garage door
